Mutt Matchers & Friends is a 501C-3 Non-Profit membership organization
governed by a Board of Directors who volunteer their time and efforts
for the benefit of animals. We have been in operation since November 1,
2005. We are very proud of our achievements so far and have adopted out
almost 125 dogs to good homes. We pledge to the citizens of Mohave County
and Northwestern Arizona, the highest of ethical conduct and complete
disclosure of our annual financial statements to any party requesting
them.

All donations made to Mutt Matchers & Friends in any form are tax
deductible. We count on the continued generosity of the community as a
whole, including volunteers and businesses to help provide funding for
daily operations to ultimately expand our Adoption Center. Expansion would
open our doors to rescue many more adoptable dogs in our area from euthanasia.
AT THIS POINT IN TIME, WE SIMPLY CANNOT SAVE THEM ALL!
Our immediate goal is to rescue dogs who will make wonderful family pets
if given more time and effort. When we rescue a
dog from the Mohave County Animal Control, it will NEVER go back - we
WILL find it a loving home.
Our long term goal is a ZERO euthanasia rate in in Mohave County, Arizona.
This will only happen through spaying/neutering, and public education.
NO dog is adopted from our shelter without being spayed or neutered! They
also are given a vet check, rabies, all vaccinations, and micro-chipped prior to adoption.
